What we review

  • Offer letters. Are they consistent, current and clear on terms?
  • Your handbook. Does it match how you actually work and what your states require?
  • Worker classification. Contractor vs employee, and exempt vs nonexempt.
  • Personnel records. What you keep, where you keep it and how long.
  • Final pay and leave. Final paycheck timing, leave policies and how you track them.
  • State notices. Required postings and notices for the states where your people work.

    We meet with the founder or ops lead to learn how your team runs today and gather your documents.

    Walkthrough (45 minutes).

    We walk you through the report and finish with a fixed-price plan for what to tackle first.

The whole audit is delivered in 10 business days.

Price

$2,500, fixed. No hourly billing and no surprise add-ons.

Your $2,500 is credited toward any engagement of $3,500 or more, or month one of a monthly plan, signed within 30 days of the readout.

One credit per client.

Is this legal advice?
No. We are HR practitioners, not lawyers. We flag risks, explain why they matter and recommend an employment attorney where a question needs legal review.
What do you need from us?
About an hour for the kickoff, access to your current documents (offer letters, handbook, contractor agreements, records and policies), and an hour for the walkthrough. We handle the rest.
How long does it take?
10 business days from kickoff to walkthrough.
What do we get at the end?
A written report you keep, with every gap ranked by risk and the fix for each, plus a 45-minute walkthrough and a fixed-price plan for what to tackle first.
Do we have to hire you afterward?
No. Many teams fix the items themselves using the report. If you want help, your $2,500 is credited as described above.
