DMD Solutions LLC doing business as DMD Fractional (“DMD Fractional”, “we”, “us”) operates this website. This policy explains what information is collected and how it is used. The short version: we collect very little, we never sell your information for money, and below we explain the one tool that shows us which companies visit.
Information collected
- Information you give us. If you email us, book a call, or enter your details in a free tool on this site (such as the HR risk self-check, the quiz or a calculator), we receive whatever you choose to send: typically your name, email address, company, and what you wrote or answered. Website forms are delivered to us through Web3Forms. If you ask a free tool to email you results, that email and a few short follow-ups are sent through MailerLite, and every one has an unsubscribe link.
- Basic analytics. This site may use privacy-friendly analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. That analytics does not identify you personally. The visitor identification tool below works differently, so it has its own entry.
- Scheduling. Booking a call is handled by a third-party scheduling tool, which collects the details you enter under its own privacy policy.
- Website visitor identification. This site runs a script from Apollo.io. It sets a cookie or similar browser storage in your browser and sends Apollo your IP address, basic browser details and the pages you view. Apollo matches that against its business database to tell us which company or organization the visit likely came from. We use it in company-only mode, so it shows us companies, not the names of the people who visited. If we ever turn on person-level identification, we will update this policy first. The script does not load for visitors in the European Union, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, or when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.
How it is used
- To reply to you and, if we work together, to deliver the engagement.
- To understand which content is useful so we can write more of it.
- To see which companies visit the site, so we can reach out one to one to businesses that may be a good fit for DMD Fractional (business-to-business outreach).
We log page visits and campaign tags (UTM codes in our links) to see which links bring people to our site. We never sell personal data.
We do not sell or rent your information. Apart from the services that run this site, the one outside company that receives visit data is Apollo.io, as described above, and its own privacy policy says it may use that data to improve its business database. Visiting the site does not put you on a mailing list. If your company looks like a good fit, we may reach out to someone there, which could be you, and every message makes it easy to say no thanks.
Data retention
Correspondence is kept as long as needed for the working relationship and for ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices
You can request a copy of what we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion. Email deven@dmdsolutions.co.
To opt out of website visitor identification, turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser, block cookies, similar browser storage and scripts from apollo.io, or use a tracker blocker. You can also email deven@dmdsolutions.co and we will exclude your company from our outreach. To ask Apollo.io to remove your own details from its database, use its removal page at apollo.io/privacy-policy/remove. Apollo.io explains its data practices at apollo.io/privacy-policy.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated date above will change with it.
