How is a flat fee different from contingency recruiting?
A contingency agency is paid a percentage of the salary, so the fee rises with the offer. A flat fee is agreed before we start and never changes with salary. You pay half with the signed SOW and half when your candidate accepts the offer.
How fast will we see candidates?
A typical shortlist of your top 3 to 5 candidates arrives in about 14 days. We have run hiring at real scale, including 90 engineers in four months.
What if the hire does not work out?
If your hire leaves the same role within 90 days, we run one replacement search free. Scope and exclusions are in the SOW.
Is there a smaller option if we already have candidates?
Yes. A Bridge search is $2,500 to $4,500, or $6,000 for roles paying $150K or more. It is half the flat fee for the role, for teams already on a monthly fractional HR plan with us who hire their own People leader.
